Project Manager — Customer Implementations
Lead complex enterprise implementations from discovery through production while becoming the connective tissue between customers, product teams and engineering.
The role
ConstraintFlow is looking for a strong Project Manager to own customer implementations of our Operational Intelligence Platform.
This is not a traditional software-project coordinator role. You will work directly with customer stakeholders, operational teams and ConstraintFlow engineering teams to turn complex business processes, data dependencies and deployment requirements into an executable implementation plan.
You will own communication, dependencies, milestones, risks, acceptance and customer coordination from discovery through Go-Live.
What you'll do
- Own implementation plans from discovery through UAT, Go-Live and stabilization.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day coordination point between the customer and ConstraintFlow.
- Run customer implementation meetings and maintain clear actions, owners and decisions.
- Translate business and operational discussions into structured implementation requirements.
- Coordinate data connectivity, system integration and environment dependencies with customer IT and ConstraintFlow technical teams.
- Track scope, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate SMEs across customer operations, IT, product and engineering.
- Ensure customer decisions and unresolved issues are documented and closed.
- Coordinate UAT planning, issue triage, remediation and acceptance.
- Maintain executive-level implementation status and communicate risk early.
- Help establish repeatable ConstraintFlow implementation practices as the company scales.
You are not expected to be the engineer building integrations or writing production code. You should, however, be comfortable discussing APIs, databases, enterprise systems, data connectivity, cloud environments and technical dependencies with both customer and engineering teams.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years managing enterprise software, data, cloud or AI implementations.
- Strong customer-facing communication.
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects.
- Comfortable working with enterprise IT and business stakeholders.
- Working understanding of APIs, databases, integrations and cloud environments.
- Strong requirements, documentation and project-control discipline.
- Ability to turn ambiguous discussions into owners, actions and decisions.
- Comfortable working in a growing product company where processes are still being established.
Preferred
You do not need to know ConstraintFlow's entire technology stack. You need to be able to run the room, keep the plan honest and know when to bring an engineer in.
