The hardest decisions in manufacturing — what to run next, on which line, in what sequence, with which materials and tooling — still happen in spreadsheets, meetings, and people's heads. Our mission is to give operations teams a living model of their plant and AI agents that recommend the best next action across planning, production, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
Connected data is not the same as optimized operations
Manufacturers spent a decade connecting systems and building dashboards — yet the plant still runs on tribal knowledge and manual trade-offs. ConstraintFlow was created to close that gap: to model the real constraints that determine throughput and on-time delivery, and to put optimization and AI reasoning to work on the decisions that actually move the operation. We started with packaging manufacturing, where operational complexity is highest and the value of an optimization layer is clearest.
