How results are measured

ConstraintFlow does not measure results by opinion. Every recommendation is tracked against what your team accepted, what was actually executed and what changed in production. That evidence is what separates a claimed improvement from a measured one—and it is what lets an operation trust the system enough to expand its use over time.

Recommendation

ConstraintFlow proposes a specific action for a real operating decision, with the constraints and trade-offs behind it made explicit.

Planner response

A planner approves, adjusts or rejects the recommendation. Every response is recorded, so acceptance is measured rather than assumed.

Execution variance

We compare what was decided with what actually happened on the floor, so the gap between plan and execution is visible.

Production outcome

The result is measured against the outcome the decision was meant to improve — throughput, changeovers, delivery or capacity.

Resolution loop

Why measurement is part of the product

Many tools stop at producing a recommendation. ConstraintFlow treats measurement as a core capability, not an afterthought. Because every recommendation is tied to a decision owner, an approved action and an observed outcome, the operation can tell the difference between advice that was followed and worked, advice that was followed and did not work, and advice that was never implemented.
